This opportunity is onsite in Narrows, VA, United States.#LI-OnsiteThe RoleThe E&I Designer supports capital and maintenance projects by producing high quality 2D AutoCAD drawings, technical documentation, and field ready design packages. This role works closely with Project Managers, Construction Coordinators, and discipline engineering teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project execution.Our Clients and Projects Designing the future. Legal assistance, identity theft protection, and discount programsRESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities• Develop detailed E&I design drawings and documentation using 2D AutoCAD.• Ensure designs meet plant standards, national codes, and best engineering practices.• Prepare drawing packages, BOMs, tie-in lists, and project documentation.• Support project estimating, scope development, and design reviews.• Provide field support during construction, troubleshooting, and startup.• Participate in safety planning and complete Project Safety Plans for assigned work.• Maintain accurate electronic files in ProjectWise and support MOC documentation.• Assist with construction scope packages and collaborate with Construction Coordinators.• Respond to plant emergencies as needed.QUALIFICATIONSWhat makes you remarkable?
