For more information on Bal Harbour Shops, please visit https://www.balharbourshops.com.Position SummaryThis role is primarily responsible for managing recruitment activities, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, and providing day-to-day HR support to employees and people leaders. The ideal candidate is people-focused, process-driven, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience from day one.Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

• Own the onboarding process to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated effectively and efficiently.

• Provide timely and responsive support to employees and people leaders on HR-related inquiries and needs.

• Serve as an HRIS power user; becoming fluent with each module and collaborating with managers to navigate HR systems with ease.

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Coordinate and support HR programs and initiatives such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and training sessions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure alignment with HR best practices.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

• Assist with offboarding processes and exit interviews.RequirementsEducation and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.

• Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Physical RequirementsPrimarily sedentary role which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry materials and supplies weighing twenty-five (25) pounds or less.______________________________________This description outlines the basic responsibilities and requirements for the position noted.
