Travel: Must be able to travel locally and domestically

Position Type: Full Time

Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:• Create a business development strategy to surpass existing growth targets

• Provide the leadership and management of sourcing new and developing existing business with a particular focus on the IDM market

• Contribute to WGNSTAR customer market share and revenue growth

• Support and develop business with new and existing customers

• Responsible for coordinating all customer interface activity and articulating the WGNSTAR value proposition

• Ultimate responsibility for commercial service proposal creation, submission and negotiation with end user customers

• Coordinate, participate and report on meetings between the business teams and customer

• Develop the organization’s teamwork practices in line with lean thinking methodologies, seeking out and sustaining opportunities across all offerings to new and existing customers

• Deliver market research and provide direction for WGNSTAR into new channels of opportunity within the semiconductor market and beyond

• Develop appropriate marketing mix strategies to feed opportunity in selected segments to deliver on these opportunities

Requirements:• 3+ years experience in an outside sales role in the semiconductor industry or other manufacturing industry

• 2+ yrs experience in leadership, coaching and mentoring

• Ability to travel to customer sites and other WGNSTAR sites as needed

• Strong semiconductor background with operational experience

• Motivation and Dedication to identify, grow and deliver business development opportunities

• Decision making ability

• Customer focused

• Strong and effective interpersonal communication, and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business preferred but will consider work experience in an outside sales role OR senior operations management role in the semiconductor manufacturing industry

• Strong experience with Windows, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Physical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
