About this role
Masis Staffing Solutions is a family-oriented, service-driven staffing firm headquartered in Worcester, MA, with seven New Jersey branches including Long Branch at 228 Broadway, 2nd Floor, Long Branch, NJ 07740. The Long Branch branch places associates in warehouse and distribution, manufacturing and production, logistics and light industrial jobs with client companies across Monmouth County and the Jersey Shore. Masis handles the whole process for its associates: recruiting, vetting, onboarding, timekeeping and payroll.
What you will do (varies by client assignment):
- Pick, pack, label and ship orders in warehouse and distribution centers
- Load and unload trucks, move product with hand trucks and pallet jacks
- Work production and assembly lines, packaging and quality checks
- Machine operation and forklift work for associates with experience or certification
- Keep work areas clean, safe and organized
What we look for:
- Reliable transportation to client sites around Monmouth County
- Ability to stand for a full shift and lift and move product
- Dependability and a good attitude; prior warehouse, production or forklift experience is a plus but many roles are entry level
- Availability for first, second or third shift and weekends depending on the client
- Client-specific screenings may apply after the interview

Schedules and pay:
