Direct Hire, Hybrid Schedule
Salary: 60-65,000/yr
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis
• Utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial tracking and reporting
• Communicate effectively in Spanish and English with internal teams, vendors, and customers
• Support audits and maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed
Qualifications
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Required experience with QuickBooks
• Associate's degree in Accounting, or demonstrated equivalent accounting experience
• 5 years of staff accounting or general accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Work Location
• Hybrid position - combination of in-office and remote work
