Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree equivalent and one (1) year of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science Degree
+ Two (2) years of experience working in IT
Job Summary: Under general direction, this position is responsible for providing basic to intermediate analysis and documentation of business and management problems for systems and programming requirements. Assist in providing solutions to problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures, workflow, and information technology solutions.
Job Duties:
+ Learn and provide support for multiple Ancillary systems and their integrations with transactional systems.
+ Work closely with the team to ensure seamless system operations and support.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight.
+ Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders at all organizational levels to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of supported systems.
+ Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to supported applications while effectively managing system changes and enhancements.
+ Possess a solid understanding of enterprise-level ticketing and service management systems.
+ Design, develop, administer, and maintain system processes, workflows, and automated jobs related to OnBase/OnPhase, Archibus, RightFax, and CobbleStone platforms.
+ Perform system installations, upgrades, configurations, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
+ Support the implementation and administration of cloud-based solutions and related agent technologies.
+ Lead project meetings with technical and business stakeholders at all levels, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Develop and maintain web forms and workflow solutions using approved development tools and methodologies.
+ Utilize programming and scripting languages to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and streamline system administration tasks.
+ Maintain working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and Windows-based applications to support system integration and administration requirements.
+ Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, effectively share knowledge with team members, and support organizational technology transformation initiatives.
Salary Range: Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule: Remote position. 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion
