How You Will Make an Impact
+ Oversee daily administrative operations including travel coordination, office supplies, vendor communication, company vehicles, and front desk support.
+ Manage employee onboarding processes, including orientation materials, new hire documentation, and coordination with IT and corporate teams.
+ Maintain employee records and track personnel changes including promotions, terminations, and status updates.
+ Ensure compliance with I-9 requirements, including verification, documentation, and file maintenance.
+ Serve as a liaison between the local office, corporate teams, and home office functions to communicate updates, policies, and requirements.
+ Coordinate with property management on facility needs and support office operations.
+ Support company marketing initiatives locally, including coordination with corporate on social media efforts.
+ Implement and support employee engagement programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
+ Provide general administrative and clerical support to operations as needed.
+ Ensure continuity of operations by supporting and backing up all administrative team responsibilities.
Team Leadership Responsibilities
+ Lead and support team development, including participation in performance reviews and professional goal setting.
+ Coordinate training efforts and identify development opportunities for team members.
+ Partner with leadership and HR to support recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning.
+ Participate in the hiring process, including reviewing applications and supporting interviews and offer development.
+ Manage team scheduling, including reviewing and approving time off and overhead time.
+ Communicate and partner with leadership and HR on employee relations matters.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative leadership preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
+ Experience supporting HR-related processes such as onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation.
+ Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently while supporting a team environment.
+ Proficiency with standard office tools and systems.
Physical Demands
+ Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
+ Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
+ Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
