Field Recruiter

Job Title: Field Recruiter Contract to hire: Location: Palmetto, FL Pay Rate: $80-$90k Plus 7% bonus Required Attributes

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM• Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Field Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a newly created position driven by company growth through acquisitions and continued expansion. The successful candidate will play a critical role in recruiting high-volume hourly field employees while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, enjoys building relationships in the community, and can work independently with minimal supervision. During slower recruiting periods, this individual will proactively develop talent pipelines through partnerships with CDL schools, trade programs, and community organizations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly field positions.• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.• Guide candidates through onboarding paperwork and pre-employment requirements.• Maintain frequent communication with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.• Build and maintain recruiting pipelines for future hiring needs.• Develop relationships with CDL schools, technical schools, workforce development programs, and community organizations.• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting functions to attract qualified candidates.• Partner closely with Human Resources, Safety, and Operations to meet staffing goals.• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (currently BambooHR, transitioning to Dayforce).• Assist with recruiting administration, reporting, and other HR-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or hourly recruiting.• Experience recruiting field, operations, construction, transportation, manufacturing, or similar frontline employees is preferred.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.• Self-starter who can work independently and make sound decisions with minimal direction.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000 to $90,000• Annual Bonus: 7% to 10%• Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance• Training provided in Florida
