This position provides hands-on administrative experience in a professional academic setting and plays a key role in the successful delivery of continuing education courses for healthcare professionals.This is not a remote position.The selected candidate must be able to be on-site in Salt Lake City multiple times per semester and available for occasional weekend work.Responsibilities•Provide administrative support for department continuing education programs•Post continuing education courses to the department website•Assist with social media advertising and promotion of courses•Maintain and track course registrations•Monitor and manage the continuing education email inbox, organizing messages and directing questions to appropriate faculty members•Prepare and distribute certificates of completion to registered participants•Be on-site at the Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training building approximately 6 weekends per year to assist with organizing and implementing continuing education coursesMinimum QualificationsAdd qualifications: This job posting is only available to University of Utah students who have been awarded a Federal Work-Study Award for the current year.
