About this role

Summary Job Summary The Project Manager of Practice Integration is responsible for coordinating and executing operational projects related to physician practice acquisitions, new clinic start-ups, service line expansions, and enterprise-wide ambulatory initiatives. Supports operations by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring new and transitioning practices are implemented on time, within scope, and aligned with operational, financial, and compliance standards. Minimum Job Requirements Work Experience Three years of project management experience required; preferably in healthcare operations. Experience supporting physician practice operations, ambulatory services, or clinical implementation preferred. Experience coordinating multi-departmental initiatives preferred. License/Registration/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Education and Training Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field required. Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred. Skills Knowledge of project management principles, demonstrating strong organizational skills to plan, execute, and manage complex initiatives such as clinic launches and practice integrations. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining timelines, priorities, and quality standards. Proficiency in project tracking and reporting, monitoring progress and communicating status. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ability to work with physician practice operations and revenue cycle processes. Proficiency with project tracking tools and reporting dashboards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions. Ability to collaborate across departments without direct authority. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to analyze operational data and identify performance improvement opportunities. Effective written and verbal communication skills to facilitate meetings, present updates, and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
