• Experience: 24 of the last 36 Months Emergency Medicine experience
• Licensure: Any Unrestricted State License and Active DEA
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALSOverview• Family Medicine - Emergency Medicine
