Tribal Health is seeking a compassionate Emergency Department RN to join a highly respected Critical Access Hospital in North Dakota. This position offers the opportunity to care for patients across multiple settings, including the Emergency Department, Acute Care, Observation, Swing Bed, and Outpatient services.

Position Highlights

Specialty: Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Facility: 8-Bed Critical Access Hospital
•
Location: North Dakota
•
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
•
Shift Times: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
•
Team Environment: Two nurses scheduled on every shift
•
Patient Population: Emergency, Acute Care, Observation, Swing Bed, and Outpatient treatments
Current patient volumes include:• Average daily inpatient census: 3-4 patients
• Average Emergency Department volume: 2-3 patients per day
