Supporting Senior Leadership | Dallas & Sulphur Springs, TXThis position will work in both the Dallas & Sulphur Springs office. Expect 2-3 days a week in Dallas, 1-2 in Sulphur Springs weekly.Our client is seeking a polished, highly organized


Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This is more than administrative support. You will help keep leadership focused, prepared, and operating efficiently by managing communication, priorities, and key initiatives.The right person enjoys staying two steps ahead, solving problems independently, and creating structure in a fast-moving environment. If you like being the person leadership relies on to keep everything running smoothly, this is a great long-term opportunity.What You'll Do

•Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination

•Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations

•Act as a gatekeeper by prioritizing requests and managing executive communications

•Coordinate leadership, board, and strategic planning meetings, including agendas and follow-ups

•Track deadlines, action items, and ongoing initiatives

•Communicate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership

•Assist with research, special projects, and operational initiatives

•Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive informationWhat We're Looking For

•3+ years supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant or similar role

•Strong organization and prioritization skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication

•Professional judgment and discretion

•Ability to anticipate needs and work independently

•Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Why This Role Stands Out
