Our team believes in every client’s ability to achieve recovery and rebuild meaningful, engaged lives in their communities.Position: Treatment Center ManagerJob Summary: The Treatment Center Manager is responsible for the day-to-day and overall management of assigned facilities, including operations, staff, patient care, regulatory compliance and financial performance. This combines clinical management with administrative leadership to ensure high-quality, client/patient-centered care is delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.Reports to: Regional Director of OperationsDuties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:Leadership & Staff Management• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including counselors, case management, peer support staff, medical providers, and administrative personnel.• Recruit, train, develop, and retain clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.• Lead regular staff meetings, manage staff schedules, performance reviews, and professional development efforts to build a strong and cohesive team.Treatment Center Operations• Oversee daily operations including clinical programming, admissions, scheduling, staff supervision, and facility management.• Track, monitor and hold staff accountable to consistent implementation of Client Service Plan, treatment plans, group schedules, and evidence-based practices in accordance with licensing standards and internal protocols.• Monitor census by tracking client admissions, discharges, and transitions in coordination with intake teams and referral partners• Collaborate with other leaders to ensure services meet client needs and align with trauma-informed, culturally competent care models.• Conduct (or respond to findings) regular audits of documentation, case notes, and billing practices to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.Community Relations• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, representing Lighthouse at community meetings, events, and professional forums.• Oversee and manage court dockets related to clients involved in criminal justice or diversion programs. Serve as a liaison between the clinic, courts, probation officers, and clients to ensure timely communication, compliance, and appropriate documentation.• Support RDO in managing contracts and maintaining relationships with special boards (e.g., ADAMH boards, local government entities).Financial & Facility Oversight• Manage center budgets, inventory, and expenses.• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as productivity, patient outcomes, treatment plan adherence, staffing ratios, and treatment quality.• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained.• Ensure facility operations meet health and safety standards and manage incident reporting and follow-up procedures.• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g. CARF, CLIA, CMS, HIPAA, OSHA).Patient/Client Relations• Serve as the point of contact for patient concerns or escalations.• Monitor client satisfaction and engagement; respond to feedback and concerns in a timely, professional manner.• Promote a culture of patient safety and satisfaction through continuous improvement of the client/patient experience.Compliance & Reporting• Prepare for and participate in audits, inspections, and surveys.• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in electronic health record (EHR) systemsWork Environment:• Full-time, on-site role with evening or weekend coverage as needed.• If assigned to multiple facilities, regular travel between sites is expected.
