Position Overview
Our Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead national recruiting efforts for education professionals while overseeing core HR operations that support employee lifecycle management.
This role manages the internal talent acquisition team and ensures hiring, onboarding, and foundational HR processes are structured, compliant, and aligned with district hiring timelines. The position plays a critical role in strengthening recruiting performance while maintaining organized and efficient HR operations.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition• Lead full-cycle recruitment for school-based clinicians and related service providers.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for high-demand education roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with district hiring timelines.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs based on contract volume and service expansion.
• Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and start-date alignment.
• Ensure credentialing, licensure, and district compliance requirements are completed prior to placement.
Team Leadership• Manage and mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to support consistent recruiting performance and professional growth.
Onboarding Oversight• Oversee onboarding processes including employment documentation and compliance requirements.
• Ensure background checks, I-9 verification, and state-specific requirements are completed prior to start dates.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready employee records.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including offboarding documentation and file maintenance.
• Coordinate with payroll and operations to ensure accurate employee setup and transitions.
Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proven success in agency and/or in-house recruitment environments.
• Strong understanding of ATS platforms, recruitment technology, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Business development or client acquisition experience is a strong plus.
Compensation
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
