Native-level fluency in Korean (speaking, reading, writing)

Very strong and polished communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment

Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years of experience supporting VP-level executives

Strong skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and expenses

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

Experience preparing presentations, documents, reports, and meeting materials

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Main Responsibilities Executive Support

Manage a complex executive calendar and anticipate scheduling needs 30-60 days in advance

Prioritize meetings , resolve conflicts, and organize logistics (location, materials, AV setup, etc .)

Handle confidential communication and support decision-making with accurate information

Prepare presentations , reports, memos, and executive-level documents

Travel & Expense Management

Plan domestic and international travel , often with last-minute changes

Support travel arrangements for visiting teams from Korea

Complete accurate and timely expense reports

Understand and follow internal travel and finance processes

Meetings & Events

Support meetings, workshops, and special events (sometimes 3+ workshops per month )

Prepare agendas, share materials, and manage event logistics

Coordinate VIP visits from headquarters, including travel, hospitality, and cultural support

Office & Administrative Tasks

Maintain office supplies, equipment , and workspace organization

Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks (equipment requests, seating updates)

Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues

Maintain executive contacts and internal communication

Support cross-functional teams and collaborate with other administrative assistants

Expert multitasking and time-management abilities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work with senior executives and external partners

Ability to keep information organized and confidential
