About this role
A Day in the Life:The
Onboarding Specialist communicates with potential new hires about the company and job details, schedules the initial days of employment, and gathers necessary onboarding information. The Onboarding Specialist will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Managers to provide support and ensure there is continuous focus on timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, customer service and quality. The ultimate goal of the role is to organize and facilitate the onboarding process.The salary for the role is $52,000.
What You'll Do:+ Craft and send comprehensive emails to new hires with information related to the organization and position.+ Utilize MS Office and Oracle Cloud Applicant Tracking System (ATS)+ Collaborate with others, such as TA and HR Team Members, to complete the new hire record and onboarding process+ Manage and process all required documentation (i.e., Offer Letters)+ Maintain compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations+ Develop process flow charts for better system and process utilization
What We're Looking For:+ 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Administration+ Moderate / Expert proficiency in ATS+ Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations+ Ability to follow established processes while striving to continue to look for improvements and efficiencies+ Ability to influence+ Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills+ Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems+ Ability to drive process and organizational change.+ Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.+ Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.+ Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.+ Courageous leadership and accountability.
