About this role
A Day in the Life: The
Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition's primary responsibility is to source and attract a diversified pool of senior level talent. This individual consults with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop timely strategy to deliver the best talent; while managing the full cycle of the recruitment process. ?The position requires critical and strategic thinking as well as strong recruiting, sourcing, networking, and relationship building skills. The salary range for this position is starting at $110,000; commensurate with experience.
What You'll Do:
+ Lead and execute recruitment activities for senior level positions (to include executive and confidential roles).
+ Work closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Hiring Managers, and other key internal/external stakeholders alike.
+ Develop staffing strategies, obtain position requirements, identify candidate success factors, and?ensure job descriptions align with business needs and market availability.
+ Coordinate all interviews including initial candidate screenings, interviews with hiring?managers and interview teams, group calibration sessions for candidate feedback ensuring consistency in candidate evaluationsand hiring decisions.
+ Manage the final steps in the hiring process including preparing salary recommendations, obtaining all required approvals, extending of all employment offers including offer letters, confirming interviewing and onboarding schedule, ensuring completion of all pre-employment requirements, managing communication with selected candidates through date of hire,?and providing appropriate communication to candidates who were not selected for the position.
+ Drive consistency with candidate selection by providing stakeholder advisory throughout the recruiting process.
+ Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline.
+ Support requisition workloads in other areas as needed.
What We're Looking For:
+ 6+ year's experience in Talent Acquisition
+ Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field, preferred.
+ Strategic thought partner with a holistic approach and support.
+ Reflect professionalism and strong sense of business acumen.
+ Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience with a strong record of success filling positions at all corporate levels.
+ Passion for identifying and building talent and a commitment to a positive candidate experience.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
+ Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems.
+ Keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
+ Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
