The Loan Administrator supports branch lending operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant loan processing and servicing. This role works closely with relationship managers to assist with loan documentation, closings, and ongoing portfolio support.KeyResponsibilities* Prepare loan files and input data into loan systemsAssist with loan closings and ensure documentation accuracy* Maintain loan records, process payments, and monitor requirements (insurance, reporting, etc.)

* Support loan transactions through borrower and collateral research

* Process applications, renewals, and servicing requests

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative supportQualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 3-4 years of experience in loan support, banking, accounting, or related field

* Knowledge of loan documentation and financial systems preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
