Need someone who can handle FAST‑PACE OR/ER booking supporting a very busy Hematology/Oncology team.
What you’ll do• OR + ER booking/scheduling in a high‑volume facility
• Schedule for 5–6 surgeons (constant changes, add‑ons, priority cases)
• Coordinate appointments, updates, and clerical flow with accuracy
Must‑haves• Recent OR scheduling experience (ER/OR booking in a busy environment)
• Epic experience strongly preferred
• Strong medical admin/clinical secretary background + medical terminology
Schedule• Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 37.5 hours/week

This is a Contract position based out of New Haven, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.74 - $27.74/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
