Inbound Call Center RepresentativeThis position is 100% onsite Plymouth, MichiganJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a high‑volume inbound call center supporting patients, providers, and internal teams.Primary Responsibilities• Handle inbound calls (50–100+ per day depending on complexity)
• Make occasional follow‑up outbound calls
• Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential medical information
• Deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism
• Accurately enter and update detailed information
• Use multiple software systems to track and document calls
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• Quality and accuracy metrics will be key performance measuresRequired Skills & Qualifications• 1 year of high‑volume call center experience within the past 2–3 yearsTechnical Skills• Typing minimum 30 WPM
• Strong computer navigation skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple systemsSoft Skills• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• Reliable, consistent attendanceSchedule Requirements• Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• You will receive a set schedule within those hours after training (example: 8am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday)
• Mandatory overtime during January and FebruaryTraining Details• 4 weeks of paid onsite training
• Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 6:00 PMApply today!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
