About this role

**Job Title: Compensation Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 months Job Summary**

The Compensation Analyst partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and organizational leaders to provide strategic compensation guidance, support workforce planning initiatives, and inform compensation-related decision making.

**Job Functions

Market Analysis & Benchmarking: **Conduct comprehensive market studies, benchmark roles using survey data, and develop recommendations that integrate internal equity, external competitiveness, and compensation best practices. Job Evaluation & Classification: Lead job evaluation and classification activities by assessing job content, reviewing job descriptions, determining appropriate salary grades, and ensuring adherence to compensation frameworks and regulatory standards.

Compensation Analytics & Reporting: Develop and deliver advanced compensation analytics-including compa-ratio reviews, pay equity assessments, workforce modeling, and forecasting-to support data-driven decision-making across the system.

Consultation & Business Partner Support: Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and initiatives. Provide strategic compensation consultation to HRBPs and leaders by translating data insights into actionable recommendations, advising on pay decisions, workforce changes, and organizational restructuring.

Compliance, Governance & Process Optimization: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal compensation policies while advancing process improvements, supporting annual cycles such as merit and market adjustments, and maintaining data integrity across HR systems. Support compensation audits and develop recommendations to mitigate organizational risk.

Program Coordination & Special Projects: Support benefit system updates, and broader HR initiatives as assigned. Education / Experience Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.

• Experience conducting market pricing, job evaluations, salary administration, and compensation analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.

Preferred:

• SHRM-CP or CEBS certification or equivalent.

• Healthcare industry compensation experience.

• Experience with HRIS, compensation management platforms, workforce analytics tools, and data visualization software.
