About this role
Chick-fil-A Freehold Township Route 9 North is an independently owned and operated restaurant at 3323 US Highway 9, Freehold, NJ 07728, led by franchised Owner/Operator Kelvin Gardner, a U.S. Army and Air Force veteran. The restaurant employs roughly 100 full and part time Team Members and is closed every Sunday.
What you will do:
- Front of House: greet guests, take orders at the counter and in the drive-thru, serve meals and keep the dining room clean and welcoming
- Back of House: food preparation and kitchen production, following Chick-fil-A recipes and food safety standards
- Keep work areas clean and stocked and support teammates during busy periods
- Deliver the signature Chick-fil-A hospitality on every order
What we look for:
- Minimum age 17
- Reliable transportation to Freehold Township
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive work ethic and commitment to teamwork
- Availability including mornings, evenings and Saturdays is preferred; 30 or more hours per week is preferred
Schedules and pay:
Restaurant hours are Monday to Thursday 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM, closed Sunday. Day, night, weekday and weekend shifts are available. Published pay is $15.92 to $16.25 per hour for Front of House (morning shift) and $16.09 to $16.50 per hour for Back of House.
