Executive Assistant Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (Offutt AFB, Nebraska)

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide executive administrative, clerical, and office management support to senior leadership within the 55th Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (55 WG/JA) at Offutt Air Force Base.

This is a 5.5-year contract, 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 07:30 am 4:30 pm onsite at Offutt AFB, Nebraska.

This is a W2 role with Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and a 401(k) are offered.

Responsibilities:• Apply basic principles, concepts, and practices of the occupation to perform administrative tasks in support of the 55th Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate.

• Utilize Office Suite programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.) to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as e-mails, letters, reports, and spreadsheets.

• Apply administrative information management office practices, techniques, procedures and military protocol guidelines.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive, strategic, and personal information with absolute discretion.

• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to provide information clearly, serving as the primary point of contact between leadership and external agencies.

• Track deadlines, deliverables, and other matters requiring timely completion.

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.

• Prepare, edit, and maintain e-mails, written correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and briefing materials.

• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

• Attend meetings and conferences and follow-up/consult with leadership as requested.

• Handle sensitive personnel documents in accordance with applicable laws and guidance.

• Scan, upload, and maintain electronic records.

• Maintain professional partnerships with installation and community agencies.

Requirements:• 1 year of clerical, admin or data entry experience in an office environment

• 1 year of experience working in a military environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

• Experience with office administration practices, procedures, customer service, communications, handling sensitive personnel and administrative information, and military protocol.

• Associate's College Degree

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Must possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, complete all required Government security processing, and obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
