Sparks Group has partnered with a global BRB technology company to find a strategic, hands-on Head of Human Resources to architect and lead all people functions across our parent company and four rapidly scaling business units. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a cohesive, future-ready HR infrastructure while tailoring people strategies, compliance frameworks, and talent operations to the unique needs of each entity and jurisdiction. The ideal candidate is energized by high-growth environments and thrives in building from the ground up-bringing both vision and execution. You'll operate as a true partner to leadership, shaping organizational design, driving scalable people programs, and ensuring a best-in-class employee experience across a complex, multi-entity landscape. Position is 100% on site five days a week.

Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership• Develop and execute the multi-entity HR strategy aligned with companywide goals.

• Build scalable People Ops systems that function across U.S. and international subsidiaries.

• Advise executive leadership on org design, workforce planning, and change management.

• Serve as a trusted partner in supporting culture, employee engagement, and cross-entity alignment.

People Operations & Compliance

• Create, maintain, and enforce HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs for each entity.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions (U.S., MX, EU, etc.).

• Oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, time-off policies, and local compliance requirements for each country/entity.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, equipment provisioning, and HRIS upkeep (Gusto, Deel, etc.).

• Own immigration, contractor classification, and cross-border employment requirements.

• Develop performance management cycles (90-day, 6-month, annual reviews).

• Implement professional development programs, L&D initiatives, and internal mobility pathways.

Employee Relations & Culture

• Promote a positive, inclusive culture across all subsidiaries and remote teams.

• Lead conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employee matters.

• Build engagement programs, company-wide communication frameworks, and all-hands processes.

HR Infrastructure & Systems

• Implement and manage HRIS, payroll, MDM, and performance tools across entities.

• Own data integrity, reporting dashboards, and headcount analytics.

• Create unified documentation (Confluence Employee Hub, onboarding flows, policy libraries).

Cross-Entity Leadership

• Serve as the centralized HR lead for the parent company while supporting entity-specific needs

• Adapt HR processes to each entity's regulatory, payroll, and staffing requirements.

• Build and manage localized HR leads or external HR partners as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a clear track record of rapid growth and increasing responsibility

• Bilingual - Spanish Speaking Preferred

• Demonstrated success operating in high-growth or startup environments, with the ability to build processes, policies, and programs from the ground up

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and energized by building rather than maintaining

• Proven ability to take ownership of HR functions, driving initiatives independently while partnering closely with leadership

• Experience supporting multi-entity and/or global organizations is a strong plus

• Passion for culture-building, employee experience, and shaping the people strategy of a growing organization

• Willingness to be both strategic and highly hands-on, balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution

• Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven to grow their career alongside a scaling company
