• Support the Quality Manager to implement improved monitoring methods and lesson learn activities on the production line.
• Cooperate with Local EMS teams to monitor and improve the Quality and the performance of SolarEdge Products manufactured in Jabil UT.
• Responsible to investigate the root cause of workmanship-related failures and lead EMS teams for CAPA/SCAR implementation.
• Lead implementations of improvement plans and actions that shall result in improved production FPYs and Fielded Reliability.
• Cooperate with SolarEdge Head Quarters Quality and Reliability members and support the global Quality and Reliability targets and goals.Country:

Erda, UT• Bachelors in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Materials or Electronics) and 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a high volume manufacturing environment OR 5+ years of progressive practical experience within high volume manufacturing environments leading Quality Teams, Programs and Initiatives.
• Additional education in Quality, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is an advantage.
• Experience in Quality Engineering of multidisciplinary electronics mass production at EMS.
• Proven experience in Quality monitoring, Failure analysis investigations, and implementations of quality improvements that lead to field quality and reliability improvements, as well as cost reductions.
• Proven experience in different production methodologies, technologies, and processes of High-end Electronics, Electro-Mechanics, and Mechanical Products.
• Good Engineering skills.
• Good Personal skills.
