Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PMPay Range: $18-$20Equipment:ERP system experience preferred – willing to be certified.Job Description• Customer Service Rep/Outside Sales SupportRole SummaryWe are seeking a detailed orientated and customer- focused Customer Service Rep/OutsideSales Support to join our team. The CSR will support the Outside Sales Representatives and is responsible for order entry and primary day-to-day customer communication. They are also responsible for accurately and promptly entering orders so our production team can create a quality product matching the customers specifications. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a good understanding of manufacturing workflows.

ResponsibilitiesWorks directly and supports assigned Outside Sales RepresentativeAudits orders received for price, quantity and deliveryRespond to customer inquires via phone, email, and online portals in a professional andtimely manner.Enter and manage customer orders using ERP order management systemsCoordinates and assists Graphic Design department with customer artwork and artworkproofing.High attention to detail- able to easily catch spelling and pricing difference.Checks and maintains customer inventory in the database as well as in the warehouse.Provide accurate pricing, lead times, and product information.Coordinate with production, shipping, and sale teams to ensure customer specificationsand delivery deadlines are met.Handle changes, cancellations, and adjustments to orders efficiently.Proactively communicate with customers about order status, delays, or issues.Resolve complaints or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.Proactively assist finance team regarding collections on past dues, COD and otherspecial payment terms.

SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelors degree preferred.Ability to work in an open office environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities / adaptable/ ability towork under pressureERP system experience preferred – willing to be certified.Attention to detail and well organizedFamiliarity with printing process, materials, or label production a plus.Decision making capability and able to work independently with minimal supervisionafter training.Able to multitask and work on multiple projectsProblem solving and analytical skillsAbility to respond to common inquires or complaints from customersAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables insituations where only limited standardization exits.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook & Excel$18 - $20 an hourWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
