About this role
Talent Acquisition SpecialistSoar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.We currently operate 10clinics in the Denver metro area and 8 clinics in the Phoenix metro area.The Soar Autism Center Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in helping us find new talent to join our team that is on a mission to reinvent the autism therapy experience for children and families. They will conduct in-person interviews for candidates for our Behavior Therapist role.What You'll Do:RBT Candidate In-Person Interviews (90%)•
Conduct in-person screening interviews for RBT candidates•
Accurately score and evaluate candidate competencies during the interview process•
Make candidates feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated during their interactions•
Document interview notes accurately and clearly•
Engage in communication with candidates regarding offers, questions, or other onboarding needsPeople Team Administrative Tasks (10%)•
Serves as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others. Refers to recruiters and other staff as appropriate.•
Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative•
Provide other administrative support to People Team as neededWho You Are:•
Bachelors degree required•
Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or scheduling role•
Ideally experience in the ABA/Autism therapy space•
High level of organization and ability to document in an on-line system or platform•
Ability to be self-motivated, adaptable and flexible•
Excellent oral and written communication•
Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System or similar technology•
The ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures•
