About this role

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Duration: 12 month contract

Pay Range: $20-25/hr

Location: Phoenix AZ 85021

Work Model: Onsite only

Hours: Monday-Friday, start time between 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, with 30-minute unpaid lunch

Contract Length: 12 months with possibility of extension

Role Overview

Administrative Assistant providing day-to-day administrative and operational support for multiple teams in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Role exists to ensure smooth coordination, scheduling, communication, and documentation across business functions.

Core Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support to multiple teams, supervisors, or business functions simultaneously.

Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Support daily operations by prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and managing competing requests.

Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents using MS Office tools.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Experience

3+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational support experience.

High school diploma or GED.

Experience supporting multiple teams, supervisors, or business functions simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Excel - ability to create pivot tables or macros a plus but not required

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally.
