What you'll do:The Benefits Analyst is responsible for analysis, administration, compliance, and overall support of various benefits programs and systems.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:• Administer the company's 401(k) plan(s), including administration, annual audit, nondiscrimination testing, vendor management, and data audits.• Administer and support wellness and other benefits programs.• Work with HR, employees, and vendors to answer questions and resolve issues.• Support compliance activities related to federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA, and all required government filings.• Maintain plan documents, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD), and compliance reports. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws.• Analyze and report on benefits costs and enrollment trends.• Coordinate with payroll, HRIS and finance as needed to troubleshot data issues and provide accurate and timely reporting for budgets and forecasts.• Support the implementation, administration and maintenance of the company's benefits administration system.• Work with the HRIS team and external vendors to create, troubleshoot and maintain data integration files.<>What you need to be successful:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on employee education.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and benefits administration software.
• Knowledge of benefits compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
