We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment, who are driven to deliver great work.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinates equipment setup for new hires (phone, computer, etc.); special projects, and Information Services acceptance testing.

• Coordinates caseload coverage for vacations, illness and leave of absence (LOA).

• Monitors Company assignments and staffing issues.

• Coordinates special projects ensuring compliance with benchmarks and deadlines.

• Works closely with other departments ensuring client needs, incentives, and contractual requirements are being met.

• Coordinates departmental training needs.

• Reviews policy and procedural changes and addresses with staff.

• Manages caseload for assigned clients following program guidelines.

• Completes audits as required.

• Provides tracking reports to upper management; maintains updated staffing lists and employer assignment applications.

• Participates in meetings as requested by management.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Supports the organization's quality program(s).QUALIFICATIONSEducation & LicensingHigh School diploma or GED required.ExperienceTwo (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include one (1) year line-of-business (LOB) claims management experience. Supervisory experience preferred.Skills & Knowledge• Good knowledge of line-of-business claim policies, procedures and processes

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
