Your Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the Purchase to Pay process aligned with category strategies and stakeholder requirements, ensuring quality and compliance- Assist and review new supplier setups to support sourcing activities- Manage operational tasks including requisition and purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution- Assist with reconciliation of accounting issues related to supplier invoices- Support Buyers with special projects and tasks as required- Collect data from SAP, MIPS, SQN Database, Business Warehouse, Winchill, and other supplier development systems- Communicate and escalate plant supplier issues to ensure prompt resolution- Maintain hard copy files and necessary documentation- Perform administrative duties such as travel arrangements, calendar management, and preparing PowerPoint presentations

Your Qualifications+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years working as a coordinator or administrator+ At least 1 year of experience with supplier coordination or administrative duties+ Solid knowledge and experience in purchase order management and the Purchase to Pay process+ Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not mandatory+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills+ Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvements and innovation+ Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
