Your Key Responsibilities

+ Standard and methodological competence with decision-making authority in the area of responsibility.

+ Analysis and evaluation of business transactions in the supported areas.

+ Reviews of processes in the area of responsibility and interfaces to other areas (e.g. HR, sales, purchasing, etc.) with the goal to support the implementation of harmonization of cross-functional processes.

+ Review, analysis, design, harmonize business processes across all finance functions.

+ Prepare process reviews and workshops with various departments and conduct them online or offline using a broad range of methods, and independently ensure that the findings and tasks are tracked and implemented.

+ Participation in global rollout of processes and systems in the region as part of projects.

+ Conceptualization and documentation of process standards, and creation of user training materials.

+ Ensure a continuous knowledge transfer and professional documentation of process and project-related changes across your team boundaries.

+ Adherence to standards and methods, considering interfaces to all adjacent SAP modules (e.g. production, sales, material management/purchasing, and HR).

+ Definition of new integrative processes in the ERP environment while adhering to FI/CO standards and methods in collaboration with adjacent departments (e.g. production, sales, materials management/purchasing, and HR).

+ Prioritization of financial requirements for IT solutions in alignment with Global FPD.

+ Support or lead special projects as assigned by manager, with reponsibilities ranging from PMO, Project controlling, testing definition and coordination, and delivery of cross functional workpackages.

+ You will carry out any other tasks assigned by management that arise from operational necessity.


Your Qualifications

+ University degree with a focus on external accounting, treasury, taxes, and/or business informatics or a similar skill set, lengthy professional experience in various functions related to the area of responsibility, and profound SAP expertise.

+ Post Graduate degree and/or computer science degree highly valued.

+ 5-10 years of professional experience and solid knowledge of processes in the operational finance area.

+ Professional experience in the financial sector combined with knowledge of processes and procedures is an advantage.

+ Structured working methods and strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as assertiveness and persuasiveness.

+ Experience with the SAP R3 FI/CO/MM/SD modules, as well as basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

+ Several years of project experience advantageous

+ High degree of professionalism and self leadership is expected to handle complexe to conflictual situation in a professional and contructive manner

+ Superior time organization and prioritization skills are required to perform the role

+ Strong communication and assertiveness as well as solution-oriented work
