Salary Range: $31.00 - $49.50Job SummaryThe overall function of the Senior Treasury Analyst role is the execution and review of treasury operations activities and analysis, which includes: cash forecasting, capital management, assistance with capital market transactions, providing high quality and timely treasury reporting and analytics, monitoring compliance with debt covenants, completing annual budgeting, monitoring of compliance with banking rules and regulations, coordination of integration activities, and completion, coordination, and oversight of other treasury projects. This position is responsible for the facilitation and execution of treasury operations and analysis, such as monitoring daily cash positions and managing short-term liquidity to meet operating needs; reviewing ongoing cash projections and recommending strategies to optimize working capital; maintaining relationships with banking partners and ensuring efficient account structures and services; tracking and analyzing Sanford's debt portfolio and monitoring ongoing debt covenant compliance; assisting with debt financings and reviewing quarterly and annual debt compliance reporting; providing year-end audit support; and assisting in preparation of materials to communicate the organization's liquidity position to key stakeholders such as senior leadership.Other responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to ensure efficiency and scalability within treasury, resolving complex Treasury issues, monitoring compliance with banking rules and regulations, and conducting and overseeing ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position is also involved in the coordination of integration activities and cash management consolidation. The position is expected to assist in development of analytical tools that leverage data from both internal and external sources so that the treasury team can more efficiently identify opportunities and risks within the treasury function and strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices.The Senior Treasury Analyst is a professional role and must demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines, as well as taking the initiative in professional development. Ability to interpret complex treasury, financial, and accounting data. Must be self-directed, autonomous and yet be able to work in an interdependent role. Must have excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills to collaborate with managers and team members. Attention to detail is essential. Work must be well documented. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management and employees, both orally and in writing. Ability to present complex analysis in a concise and meaningful manner to senior leadership is essential. Must demonstrate computer skills, especially Excel.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business-related degree with an Accounting minor required.Minimum of five years' experience required, preferably in treasury operations.Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or other professional certification is preferred, but not required.BenefitsSanford Health offers an attractive benefits package for qualifying full-time and part-time employees.
