CNC Machinist

The CNC Machinist II is a highly skilled, detail-oriented technician responsible for independently setting up and operating CNC milling and turning equipment to support a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. This role ensures efficient production through accurate machine setup, precise tooling adjustments, and thorough first-article inspections.The Machinist II troubleshoots setup and performance issues, collaborates closely with CNC programmers and operators to optimize quality and reduce downtime, and maintains meticulous records of tooling and setup parameters. Success in this position requires strong problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of machining principles and G-code, proficiency with precision measurement tools and optical inspection systems, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The targeted bonus amount is 5% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $54,600 to $76,400 for the 1st shift, and $57,800 to $79,700 for the second shift.
