About this role
Description SAIC is hiring for an ?Enterprise Project Manager (PM) to join a Program Management Office (PMO) team supporting a major state & local government customer. The PM has primary responsibility for managing projects and will be responsible for:
+ Establishing and defining project plan requirements.
+ Developing schedules and budgets to meet contractual/project requirements.
+ Monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
+ Reporting on program level schedule & quality adherence to agreed upon standards dentifying and resolving project risks and issues; developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
+ Maintaining compliance with Commonwealth of Virginia standard policies, procedures, standards.
+ Using and applying industry best practices, techniques, and standards in project management.
Qualifications
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated experience managing projects and project scheduling. Experience with state & local government customers is a strong plus.
+ Must be a US Citizen.
+ Prior experience working in or supporting a PMO.
+ Significant experience in supervising Project Analysts, supporting project scheduling and managing projects.
+ Significant experience developing risk management and mitigation planning.
+ Significant experience supporting project scheduling and managing projects.
+ Prior experience in Supplier Management.
+ Experience working in ITSM.
+ Prior experience working with ServiceNow.
+ Prior experience developing OLAs, Governance, Policy, and Procedures.
+ Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more of related experience.
+ PMP Certification Required .
+ ITIL Certification Preferred.
+ CSM Certification Preferred.
+ Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Visio, SharePoint, and Adobe Products.
+ Proficient with MS Project Professional or Standard; MS Project Online preferred.
+ Prior experience working with ServiceNow project scheduling function preferred.
+ Prior experience working with or for a Commonwealth of VA Agency or VITA desired. Target salary range: $80,001
- $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
