About this role

The


Global Benefits Leader is responsible for the strategy, design, governance, and delivery of competitive, compliant, and employee-centered benefits programs across 19+ countries. Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, this role partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and regional leaders to ensure benefits offerings are effectively communicated, easy to access, and aligned with corporate objectives

- driving awareness, utilization, and employee confidence in the programs available to them.You will drive innovation in total rewards to maximize employee satisfaction, ensure competitiveness and compliance, and manage significant vendor relationships and budgets. This leader brings strong global benefits expertise, operational rigor, and a modern mindset-leveraging data, technology, and vendor partnerships to continuously improve both employee experience and cost effectiveness.


Job Duties:+ Lead global benefits strategy including program design and administration for


health & welfare, wellbeing, leaves/time off, retirement savings, and pension programs across multiple international regions. maximize employee satisfaction and safety, leveraging costs and tax-efficient programs and to ensure equity and competitiveness+ Ensure company compliance across various labor and employment areas including but not limited to EEO, FLSA, ERISA, FMLA, ACA, HIPAA, federal and state statues including provisions of Employment Retirement Income Security Act and the Affordable Care Act+ Oversee and execute timely completion of all compliance filings and audits, including but not limited to Form 5500, ACA, and PCORI Fees, for all administered benefit plans.+ Manage and direct the annual enrollment processes for multiple major regions including the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, UK, and India, ensuring seamless execution and communication.+ Manage a competitive 401(k) plan, which includes Plan Administrator duties, and ongoing compliance, reporting and filing requirements+ Provide strategic oversight for


retirement governance (both for defined contribution and defined benefit programs globally) including plan design, vendor/ management, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.+ Serve as the primary point of contact for complex benefits and retirement vendor relationships, conducting ongoing evaluations for competitive offerings, efficiencies, and legal compliance+ Provide critical support and strategic insight during due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions, specifically reviewing and integrating benefit plans.+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of benefits analysts, overseeing their performance and fostering their professional growth within the Total Rewards department.


You Must Have:+ 10+ years of progressive experience in


global benefit plan design and administration , including


retirement and pension plans including extensive U.S. benefit plan knowledge in additional international benefit landscape.+ Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a globally dispersed team.+ Experience driving employee


awareness of benefits offerings (clear communications, intuitive access paths, and measurable adoption).+ Prior experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems integration and optimization.+ Proficiency in budget management.+ Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work effectively with executive leadership and external stakeholders.+ Expertise in compliance and regulatory requirements for global benefits programs.
