Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. (1460 Route 9 North, Suite 300, Woodbridge, NJ 07095) serves all of New Jersey and refers self-employed independent contractors to residential programs, group homes, schools and behavioral health agencies across Monmouth County.
Current Monmouth County opportunities include Residential Aide / Direct Support Professional assignments in Long Branch (adult mental health population, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM), Matawan, Freehold and nearby towns, plus Behavioral Health Specialist one-on-one supervision assignments.
What you will do:
- Support adults with mental health conditions or developmental disabilities with daily living: meals, medication reminders, hygiene, household routines and community outings
- Keep residents safe, follow individual support plans and de-escalate calmly when needed
- Model and coach life skills, encourage independence and dignity
- Document shifts and communicate with the program team
What we look for:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with mental health, developmental disabilities or residential care is preferred; caring, patient and dependable people are welcome
- Ability to pass client-required background checks and screenings
- Reliable transportation to program sites in Monmouth County
- Availability for the assignment schedule, including evenings and weekends for some programs
Schedules and pay:
Assignments are independent contractor (1099) opportunities with day, evening and weekend shifts. Published rates for current Monmouth County residential aide and DSP assignments range from $18 to $20 or more per hour depending on the program.
