The successful candidate: The Rep, Payroll is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all City of Hope employees. The Rep, Payroll works with Workday, Kronos and ADP and across all areas of the enterprise. • Process weekly payrolls for City of Hope.  This includes the collection and transfer of payroll information from timekeeping system to payroll system. Also, input, balance, and verify payroll data, including all adjustments, payroll reports, and manual/void checks.• Maintain and reconcile all uploads and required spreadsheets including 401K, YTD payroll information, and non-cashed/voided checks.  This includes the weekly 401K transmission to Fidelity.• Troubleshoot and answer all stakeholder payroll questions/requests.  Correct errors and report changes.• Create/Run ReportSmith reports as needed for stakeholder requests or projects.  Balance ReportSmith reports to ADP mainframe reports for accuracy.  Troubleshoot and correct any differences.City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
