At Health Link, we are redefining Home Health in the South Bay.•Local Territory Only: Your patients are in Santa Clara County / South Bay. You will never be asked to drive to San Francisco or the East Bay.•Support, Not Stress: Our back office is staffed by licensed clinicians who know exactly what you are going through. Need to call a doctor? Running late? We handle the logistics so you can focus on the patient.•Quality Over Quantity: We have low production goals because we believe excellent care takes time. You won't be rushing from door to door.Financial Package We offer the stability of a salary with the upside of a performance bonus.•Annual Salary: Starts at $135,000 per year (Increases based on experience & Case Management skills)•Performance Bonus: Earn an additional up to 25% of your annual wage based on quality-of-care metrics.•Overtime Eligible: Unlike many agencies, our clinicians are NOT Exempt.
