Our clinical leadership and intake teams are available for real-time field support when you need orders or coordination.Compensation & BenefitsTarget Compensation: $135,000 – $156,000 per year (Depending on Experience)•Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Pet InsuranceRetirement: 401(k) with Employer Matching•Perks: Paid Time Off (Up to 10 days, with clear accrual policies), Vehicle Reimbursement, or Company Vehicle options.Your RoleManage Your Caseload: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments (OASIS), including Start of Care, Recertifications, and Discharges.•Skilled Care: Administer medications, provide wound care (including Wound Vacs), and manage IV therapies.•Coordinate: Act as the primary point of contact for physicians and the interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/ST) to ensure the care plan is working.•Educate: Empower patients and families to manage their conditions safely at home.•Document: Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes on company-issued iPads.RequirementsLICENSE: Current, active California RN License is REQUIRED to apply. Applications without a valid CA license number will not be reviewed.•Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience required.
