Registered Dietitian

Job Requirements Innovative Renal Care is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable

Renal Dialysis Dietitian to join our team in Brockton, MA. This role is responsible for providing individualized medical nutrition therapy to patients with kidney disease receiving dialysis treatment. The dietitian will work closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team to support patient health, improve outcomes, and promote optimal nutritional status.We are committed to supporting our employees with

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nutrition assessment, education, and counseling to dialysis patients.

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Monitor patients' nutritional status, laboratory values, and dialysis outcomes to adjust care plans as needed.

• Educate patients and their families on renal diets, fluid management, and lifestyle modifications.

• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress according to regulatory and company standards.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to comprehensive patient care planning.

• Support quality improvement initiatives related to patient nutrition and outcomes.

• Stay current with renal nutrition guidelines and best practices.

Work Experience

• Registered Dietitian (RD) with the

Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• Current

Massachusetts Dietitian Licensure required.

• Minimum

1 year of professional work experience as a dietitian

• ESRD/ Dialysis experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient education skills

Salary Range:$33.61

- $44.23 / hour depending on experience and qualifications#LI-LD1
