Job Requirements Regional Vice President, Dialysis Operations (MA, NY, CT)Travel-Based Role | Approximately 50% Regional TravelOverviewWe are hiring a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-state network of 19 outpatient dialysis clinics across Massachusetts, Upstate New York, and Connecticut. This role is accountable for operational performance, regulatory readiness, team development, physician partnership, and strategic growth across a diverse mix of in-center and home dialysis programs.The Regional Vice President serves as the senior operational leader for the region, reporting to the Group Vice President and partnering closely with executive leadership, clinical leadership, and Medical Directors. This is a field-based role requiring regular regional travel, including overnight stays.Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily operations across 19 dialysis clinics in MA, NY, and CT
• Lead, coach, and support Clinic Managers and Program Directors across in-center and home dialysis settings
• Provide operational leadership across clinics offering ICHD, PD, ICPD, and HHD programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and regulatory readiness
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with nephrologists, Medical Directors, hospital systems, and referral sources
• Own regional KPIs, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, and patient satisfaction metrics
• Manage regional P&L, develop budgets, and implement performance improvement and growth initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Medical Directors to ensure clinical alignment and care quality
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing operational leaders and teams
• Ensure full compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulationsWhat You’ll Bring• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years leading multi-site healthcare operations, including full P&L accountability
• Dialysis, renal care, or nephrology experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting both in-center and home dialysis programs
• Demonstrated success driving quality, compliance, operational performance, and growth
• Strategic leadership skills with strong communication and relationship-building capability
