About this role

Position Summary: Provides subscriber support in remote service area. Primary role includes subscriber training and presentations, subscribership meetings and some technical support for hardware and software applications. Acts as liaison for company in the field and works closely with Customer Service Representatives to assist when needed. Essential Functions: · Trains subscribers on RMLS software, Apps integrated in to RMLS and Sentrilock lockbox system both in the RMLS office and in field locations, including maintaining supply of necessary training support materials. · Assists subscribers with technical issues, escalating to Technical Support or IT Department when needed. · Assist in the Help Desk phone queue and RMLS Chat queue on an as needed basis · Responsible for duties of Customer Service Representative including CRM proficiency · Provide Payment Assistance department support for quarterly billing payment processing · Provides support to and back up for Customer Service Representatives in remote locations as needed. · Prepares for and/or attend subscribership meetings, including weekly tour meetings, member office meetings and other routine customer service meetings, as applicable · Some travel required to visit subscribers in remote areas · Other duties as directed.
