Job Description:
Key areas of focus include:• Oracle Cloud Core HR and Workforce Compensation configuration
• Workforce Compensation, Total Rewards, merit and incentive programs
• Requirements gathering and client workshops
• Fit-gap analysis and solution design
• Configuration, testing, and deployment
• Unit, integration, and UAT support
• Ability to independently lead functional workstreams and client discussions
• Broader Oracle HCM experience across Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, or other HCM modules
• Multiple Oracle Cloud implementation experience
Public Sector experience is a plus
Note :: It would be helpful for candidates to be prepared to speak specifically about what they have personally owned and delivered within Core HR and Compensation, including implementations, configuration, design decisions, workshops, and testing
