In time, this will drive quality up and prices down.About the Role:In this position, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving product issues by leveraging data, secondary research, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with product, and operations teams to scale operational processes using AI driven methods and javascripts. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you enjoy using data to drive decisions, improve user experience, and have a knack for scaling operational processes, this role is for you.A Day in the Life of a Senior Provider Data Operations Associate:• Utilize AI prompts to achieve overall workflow efficiency• Develop and maintain Google Apps Script on spreadsheets, JavaScript on web based tools to automate routine tasks• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Apps Script and JavaScript applications to ensure functionality, scalability, and improved performance• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, audit, and analyze data• Leverage data from various dashboards to generate actionable insights• Support product decisions through unstructured research backed by dataSkills & Qualifications:• At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution (good percentage or a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/graduation and above).• At least 3-4 years of work experience.• Proven ability to use AI tools to automate tasks.• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including Google AppScripts.• Working knowledge of JavaScript and comfort navigating web-based tools.• Understanding of Python is a plus.• Expertise in SQL is a plus.• Effective communicator who can synthesize technical and non-technical information for diverse stakeholders.• Demonstrated ability to digest problem statements and translate them into clear tasks or recommendations.• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and a high sense of accountability and urgency.• A background in US healthcare or Healthcare Tech companies is a plus.Benefits• An incredible team of smart and supportive people• A competitive compensation package, including attractive medical insurance• Amazing perks – think catered lunch every day, Ping Pong, etc.• Daycare/creche facility for kids• The chance to create a better healthcare experience for millions of patients!• Corporate wellness programs with Headspace• Cellphone and wifi reimbursement• Competitive parental leave• Sabbatical leave (over 5 years)• Annual sponsored health check-upsZocdoc is certified as a Great Place to Work 2025-2026****About us
