Training & Program Coordination
+ Facilitate, schedule, and track all required training for new hires and current employees.
+ Develop and maintain training matrices and training records within HRIS, LMS, or site databases.
+ Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and cross-functional training initiatives.
+ Maintain up-to-date training documentation, SOPs, certifications, and compliance records.
+ Follow up on overdue or incomplete training and support leaders in closing gaps.
+ Assist in performance management training, employee relations training, and policy education sessions.
+ Prepare training reports for leadership, audits, or regulatory agencies as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in administering HR policies and procedures.
+ Support Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and orientation processes.
+ Maintain employee files and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
+ Assist with performance management, employee relations, and HR audit processes.
+ Prepare HR-related reports and assist with HR projects as assigned.
+ Always maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
+ Coordinate, schedule, and document safety training (LOTO, HazCom, PPE, PIT, etc.).
+ Work with manufacturing to ensure compliance with environmental and GMP requirements.
Other Responsibilities
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives in training and compliance.
+ Collaborate with leadership to enhance learning culture and employee engagement.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned by HR.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
+ Associate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred; or 2+ years of experience in HR or training coordination (manufacturing experience preferred).
+ Experience in safety programs, HR processes, or regulatory training administration.
+ Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements and safety standards is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook); experience with HRIS/LMS systems preferred.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
+ Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and presentation.
+ Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
