Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Specialized Home Care🏡 About the ClientOur client is an active, pleasant 46-year-old woman living with paraplegia resulting from a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). She is highly engaged in her own recovery and is looking for a nursing partner to assist with her care.ResponsibilitiesWhile the Aide manages general care, the Nurse is responsible for the following clinical interventions:• Bowel Program: Lead and facilitate the routine bowel care management program.• Mitrofanoff Catheter Care: Perform catheter management (intermittent or indwelling) ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.🕒 Shift Times• Schedule: Monday through Friday (M–F).• Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM.• Setting: Private residence in Grand Rapids, MI.• Team Environment: You will work in tandem with a Home Health Aide who handles heavy lifting, bathing, and other ADLs.Schedule & Pay• Hourly Pay Range: $30 - $45/hr• Weekly pay + optional daily pay• Competitive pay based on experienceWhy Work at Centria?✅ 1:1 Patient Care
