We are expanding our San Francisco County team and are seeking a motivated PTA who wants meaningful work, modern tools, and a team that is truly present.You'll serve patients across SF's diverse neighborhoods — from the Sunset and Richmond to the Mission and beyond — with a territory designed to minimize drive time and keep your day manageable.Why PTAs Choose Health Link• AI-Assisted Charting: Smart documentation tools to slash your charting time and reclaim your evenings.• SF-Friendly Commute: Mileage reimbursement, a company vehicle, or rideshare credits (Uber/Lyft) — whatever works best for you.• Clinical Support: Experienced case managers and your supervising PT are available in real-time to help with scheduling, patient issues, or clinical questions.• Quality-Driven Bonuses: Our bonuses are tied to patient outcomes and quality of care, not just volume.• Stable Structure: Organized scheduling, manageable territories, and a team that respects your time and your profession.Compensation & Benefits• Salary: $114,000 – $135,000 annually (based on experience)• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (structured installments)• Health: Medical, dental, and vision insurance• Retirement: 401(k) with employer matching• Perks: Paid time off, life insurance, pet insurance, company-provided mobile devices, and flexible schedulingYour Role• Provide direct physical therapy services including gait training, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education — under PT supervision• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and safety in the home setting• Utilize physical agents such as ultrasound, heat/cold therapy, and massage• Instruct patients and caregivers on the use of wheelchairs, braces, crutches, and prosthetic devices• Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomesRequirements• Current California PTA license (required)• Valid California driver's license with a clean record (required)• Home health experience preferred — strong outpatient or inpatient PTAs are encouraged to apply• Strong communication skills, tech-savvy, and a compassionate approach to patient care• Ability to travel regularly within San Francisco CountySchedule• Monday through Friday• Weekend availability a plus• Full-time or per diem available• This is a direct hire position — not a contracted roleReady to Connect?
