What you'll be doing as a Inside Sales Associate:
+ Help customers find the right products and solutions for their needs
+ Explain product features, benefits, and services
+ Build relationships with new and existing customers
+ Ask for customer feedback to improve service
+ Coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time service
+ Support branch sales goals and merchandising plans
+ Recommend additional products to increase sales
+ Answer phone calls and emails promptly
+ Process payments and apply them to customer accounts
+ Coordinate product pickups with the warehouse
+ Restock shelves and reorder inventory as needed
+ Resolve customer service issues professionally

Job requirements:
+ Must be at least 18 years old to work with PeopleReady
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Valve experience required
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Solid math skills
+ Ability to manage customer concerns and resolve issues
+ Monitor and track customer orders
+ Support sales and marketing efforts to drive positive customer outcomes
+ Oversee and manage all product lines
